The Gist
In 2023, I was asked to help reimagine how an audiovisual company managed its internal operations. At the time, the company was using Excel spreadsheets to track logistics for large-scale events involving over 200 employees across North America.
This was a side project that involved prototyping and presenting a design solution that addresses inefficiencies in equipment inventory, task tracking, and team management. The prototype went on to be developed into an internal web app for the company's team.
