Danae is a writer, director, and editor born in Mexico and raised in Vancouver, Canada. She primarily works on branded content and music videos, often producing, shooting, and editing the majority of her work.

She likes seeing through a viewfinder to gain an honest look at the world, and now finds herself driven to understand the lived-in, reflective, and intimate scenes of everyday life. Apart from partnerships, Danae is currently refining her skills through passion projects, exploring themes of existentialism, nostalgia, and self-realization.
